mosaic surfaces

Amongst the many surfaces I have adhered glass to are a sink and bar top. These two are the biggest pieces I have taken on.
The bar was commissioned by a couple wanting martini glasses in the design. I did them in mirror with geometric mirror pieces in the rest of the design and mirror in the border. The reflection of the mirror from their ceiling lights gives added ambiance to the room.
A river flows through the copper sink complete with river rock. A few agate stones were added to the botanicals along with a handful of freshwater pearls. A pump-like facet completes this vanity top that I created for my own powder room.

Those pieces are just beautiful. I see such a passion in your work. I have just been in my work room tonight trying to put together a piece. Sometimes it goes together so easy and sometimes it feels like a fight all the way! You inspire me to "just keep going"! Thanks for your inspiration....

Laura,

Your mosaics are wonderful! I especially love the piece you did for your powder room. I can sense the running water, and love how you incorporated river rocks.

Amazing!
